We work with several couriers to provide you with the best shipping option, based on your destination. All orders include a tracking number, so you can monitor the location of your package at all times. Our goal is to ensure timely and safe deliveries, regardless of destination.
What to do when the shipment arrives
Upon receiving your package, we recommend that you carefully check the integrity of the packaging before accepting delivery. If you notice visible damage, please report it to the courier immediately and contact us for assistance. Accepting the undamaged shipment is the best guarantee of avoiding problems.
Returns
What to do if your order is damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Returns are only allowed for items damaged during shipping.
You may return a damaged package within 14 business days of the original shipping date. Once we receive your return, we will send you a new shipment at no additional charge or, if the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or in-store credit.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase only if a replacement product cannot be provided.
All customized items are considered final purchases and are non-refundable, but in case of damage a second shipment will be made.
